Huivi: SIX, Jakku: vintage 70-luvulta isoäidin vanha, Housut: second-hand sulhasen siskolta

Scarf: SIX, Blouse: '70s vintage from my grandmother's closet, Pants: second hand from D's sister
I took a shower yesterday and instead of being clever I decided to let my hair dry wrapped in the towel. The result makes me look exactly like my 8-year-old little sister... And with school starting at eight I didn't have the time or energy to take another shower and blow-dry my hair. So I tied a scarf to keep the hair off my face, indulging properly in this bad hair day... I can't wear a messy bun every day...
(sorry for the picture quality again, at least my little brother very kindly agreed to take the picture)
However, I think that the scarf and the messy hair make my outfit somewhat more interesting and the scarf (as usual) and my red lipstick work as a splash of color in my otherwise colorless outfit. I would've liked to paint my nails red too but all my nail lacquers are at my grandparents and I can't visit their house until tomorrow.
About red lips and nails: I wear Dior's Rouge Dior (shade 999, Ara Red) and back in the Netherlands I spotted a nail lacquer that seemed to be of the same shade, by Dior, naturally. The price just seemed a bit too high for a nail lacquer (17-20 euros depending on the shop) but on the other hand, if the quality is as high as my lipstick's... In that case I might ask D to get it for me from the airport... So people, any experience on Dior's nail lacquers?
Nice outfit, u have a great vintage style! :))
ReplyDeleteThanks :) I love vintage, it inspires me a great deal so most of my outfits tend to have a slight vintage-y flair :D
ReplyDeleteI've tried a few Dior nail polishes and if I remember correctly they were nice. Nothing magnificent, stays on like any other better brand. :)so I would recommend.
ReplyDeleteOkay, glad to hear :) I suppose I'll have to ask D to bring me one from the airport... ;)
ReplyDeleteSulle sopii hyvin tommoiset hiushuivi pannat ^^
